About us

We are a company dedicated to EXCAVATIONS, DEMOLITION AND TRANSPORT OF MATERIALS throughout the island of Mallorca. We have been carrying out demolition work for a few years and excavation of plots for later construction, transport of materials to authorized landfills, as well as transportation of land and construction materials, demolition, trenching, sale of materials, etc.

Among the work we do, the most common are:

Excavations in general

We prepare the ground prior to any construction work, so we have the machinery and qualified personnel for this task.

Stone excavations

In the case of excavations in rocky material, we can use our hydraulic hammers to make the necessary preparation.

Earth movements

Excavation phase, which consists of preparing and compacting the soil. We perform work in hard-to-reach places, complying with relevant safety regulations.

Demolitions and Demolitions

We have the necessary machinery for the demolition or demolition, either partial or total, of all kinds of buildings, and we take care of the waste generated, separating the different materials and transport to landfill.

Clearing and Cleaning of Plots

This is part of the preparation of the land, removing shrubs, grass and soil, to achieve the correct conditioning of the surface, essential for later construction.

Races

We excavate the trenches to install pipes to conduct water, foundations, pillars, etc. in all kinds of terrain.

Fillings

The conditioning of the floor must go through this phase, to stabilize the level once the clearing and cleaning has been carried out.

Land Supply and Transportation

We offer transport of materials for construction, sale of aggregates and stone, both to companies and individuals. Our fleet of trucks allows the transport of material to any point in Mallorca. For this we collaborate with Transportes Choric (609 478 902)

Transport to Landfills

We have experience in transporting land to landfills, from all types of works, excavations and demolition. We are committed to the treatment, reuse and use of waste, respecting the environment.

Sale of Stone and Aggregates

Among the variety of aggregates, we have sand for fillings, gardening, playgrounds, etc., as well as all kinds of gravel, special lands for gardening and fillings, cement, tides, etc. And we take it wherever you want.
